Terms of Sales and Services for Dougie Photo- Doug Timmermann Photography 

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of photography services and products provided by Dougie Photo- Doug Timmermann Photography. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer a variety of photography services, including but not limited to:    

- Event photography  

- Sports Photography   

- Print sales

- Digital Download sales   

3.Booking and Payment

- A non-refundable deposit of 20%  is required to secure your booking.  

- Full payment is due by the day of  the scheduled session.  

- Payment methods accepted include paypal, check, cash, credit card 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 before the scheduled session for a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.  

- Rescheduling is permitted 2 times without penalty, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee of $50.00

5. Delivery of Images  

- Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session, via an online gallery

- Clients will receive the set number of edited images based on package that the client selected and purchased

6. Usage Rights  

- Clients receive a personal use license for all images.  

- Commercial use or alteration of images requires prior written permission and may incur additional fees.

7. Copyright and Ownership

- Dougie Photo- Doug Timmermann Photography retains copyright of all images.  

- Clients may not sell or reproduce the images without written consent.

8. Liability

- Dougie Photo- Doug Timmermann Photography is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the photo session.  

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the session (e.g., illness, extreme weather), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

9. Client Responsibilities

- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the session location.  

- Clients should arrive on time and prepare for the session.

10. Governing Law  

These terms are governed by the laws of state and county. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the state and/or county 

11. Amendments  

Dougie Photo- Doug Timmermann Photography] reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
